As we exit the energy of the higher self and our direction in life, the cosmic energy brings us face-to-face with the potential to question the patterns (thoughts, beliefs, ideas, habits) around us.
And, how pertinent is it for your life today, with the health crisis that spans the globe, that this energy comes to ask you to re-examine what’s important in your life.
In the circle of life, the only thing that’s constant is change. Old patterns, old thoughts, old beliefs and old ideas can be re-examined and discarded, if necessary, to make way for fresh, new and innovative ideas.
When you stay open to question the thoughts, beliefs, ideas and habits in your life (and in the world around you) you create the potential for new energy to emerge that will make the world more beautiful.
You may not be able to change the direction of the wind; however, you CAN ADJUST THE SAILS.
Will you bend with the wind, adjust your sails and arrive at the intended destination? Gate 17 governs the right eye and scrutinizes what it sees. This energy belongs to the Collective Understanding Circuit and its understanding is for the benefit of society.
What do you see that could be improved? How can you make things better or safer as you move into the future?
Should this pattern or opinion you notice be accepted or rejected?
What do you notice in yourself, those around you and the world during this transit?
- Do you like what you see?
- Are old values, ideas and opinions being challenged?
- Are our leaders serving us?
- Is your career or job serving you?
- Do you have a good balance between work and rest?
Or … is it time for some old thoughts, beliefs or ideas to be replaced by new ones?
The grounding energy during this transit brings potential intuition about what can be corrected, or not, to better serve us all. You may have a heightened awareness around what isn’t working and what you could bring into your life and the lives of those around you to bring more joy.
Is it time to let go of what isn’t serving you? May be it’s time we all come together and bring in a new way of being with each other.

Not everyone experiences these energies … and if we do, we experience them filtered through our own unique Human Design.
